AI Gigafactories Investment & Delivery Forum

Scaling Europe's Next Generation Data Centres: Regulation, Investment, and Project Delivery
29 September, 2026 | Frankfurt, Germany
The AI Gigafactories Investment & Delivery Forum, as part the Future Grid & AI Data Centres Europe 2026, convenes senior leaders from government, investment, and the data centre ecosystem to address the urgent challenge of scaling Europe’s next generation AI infrastructure. As demand for AI compute accelerates, Europe faces a critical question: how to effectively mobilise capital, enable supportive policy environments, and accelerate the delivery of large-scale AI-ready infrastructure.
The forum spans the full value chain of AI gigafactory development—from investment conditions and regional competition to project execution and delivery at scale. Through a series of high-level keynotes, impact panels, and a closing project showcase, the programme will examine the key drivers shaping the market, including energy availability, land and permitting frameworks, capital deployment strategies, and the operational realities of delivering hyperscale data centre capacity.
Bringing together 100+ policymakers, sovereign and institutional investors, leading data centre developers, hyperscalers, and infrastructure enablers, the forum provides a unique platform for cross-sector dialogue and actionable collaboration at the centre of Europe’s AI infrastructure transformation.
